1:1 Foundation Training

This personalized, 30 minute, one-on-one training session is designed to help you build a strong, functional foundation—especially if you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, a back injury, scoliosis, or simply looking to reconnect with your core.
 
Using a blend of evidence-based movement principles including Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), this session emphasizes deep core activation, breath mechanics and postural alignment. It’s ideal for those needing a tailored approach to address:

  • Diastasis recti or core dysfunction

  • Prenatal or postpartum strength, stability, and mobility

  • Chronic back pain or injury recovery

  • Scoliosis support and spinal mobility

  • A more intentional return to movement​​
