As a mom of two navigating work and motherhood without much nearby support, I know firsthand that moms need more than just workouts. That’s why I created Strength by Sara—to offer not only safe, effective movement, but also education, resources, and a sense of community during one of the most transformative times in life.
After an unexpectedly difficult recovery from my first birth, I dove into learning everything I could about postpartum fitness—from pelvic floor therapy to specialized certifications. Going into my second pregnancy, I felt prepared, informed, and came out stronger than ever. That sense of strength and confidence is what I hope to help you reclaim too.
