Baby Wearing Burn & Mom and Baby Mat
You’re in the right place! All Strength by Sara classes are a bit slower, with more intentional movements. Breaks are expected and encouraged. The great thing about a Strength by Sara workout is you can really make it your own- pushing where you can and dialing down where you need to.
In-person classes take place at Connected Haarlem, Koppestokstraat 87, 2014 AN Haarlem
Wear comfortable and supportive clothing for exercising. Please bring your water and anything you might need for baby if attending Mom and Baby Mat or Baby Wearing Burn. Mats and all equipment are provided!
