Service Description

This full-body, low-impact workout is designed for postpartum individuals wearing their baby in a front-side carrier. Pregnant participants are also welcome, as all movements are thoughtfully selected to be pregnancy-friendly and supportive for both parent and baby. The class emphasizes flowing sequences and functional strength, with a focus on posture, core stability, and controlled movement—no barre required. New choreography is introduced with each series, allowing for ongoing variety and challenge so you can repeat as many times as you like! Suitable for babies who are comfortable in a wrap or soft-structured carrier for up to one hour. Carriers should provide support on both shoulders and allow free movement of the arms. Breaks for feeding, soothing, or movement adjustments are expected and welcome. This class offers a supportive environment for parents looking to safely return to exercise while bonding with their baby.
