This breath-focused mat class is designed to help you safely reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and improve posture and alignment—whether you're newly postpartum, further along in recovery, or currently pregnant. While the class is tailored to the needs of postpartum bodies, all movements are pregnancy-safe, making it a supportive option for anyone looking to restore core function, strengthen the pelvic floor, and reduce lower back pain. We'll focus on deep core activation and relaxation, helping you rebuild a strong foundation from the inside out. Expect a slower, more intentional pace than traditional barre classes—prioritizing control, connection, and healing. The class is baby-friendly, so feel free to bring your little one, or come solo and enjoy some focused time on your recovery.
