This Pre & Postnatal focused fitness class blends breath-based core training with energizing, beat-driven full body strength exercises for the ultimate barre burn, without the barre. In just 50 minutes, you'll build strength to improve posture, alleviate lower back pain, protect your joints, and boost your stamina for labor - setting you up for a quicker postpartum recovery. We go beyond pregnancy-safe and train for specificity. We are here to support and empower you through every step of the way on your journey to motherhood.
