This energizing 50-minute class is designed specifically for pre and postnatal bodies, combining breath-focused core work inspired by Pilates with dynamic, beat-driven full body strength training—for the ultimate barre-inspired burn, no barre required. You'll build the strength needed to improve posture, ease lower back pain, protect your joints, and increase endurance for labor and beyond—supporting a smoother postpartum recovery. At Strength by Sara, we go beyond just “pregnancy-safe” workouts. We train with intention and purpose, empowering you through every stage of your motherhood journey.
